Radiant blue dial
The handcrafted, radiant blue dial captivates with its shimmer and sparkle. Its deep blue is reminiscent of the sky on a summer’s night; a delicate sunray finish gives the surface of the dial its soft glow. The applied hour markers are fashioned in white gold and set with a total of 20 brilliant-cut diamonds that resemble bright stars – an impression underscored by the artful staging of the moon phase.
Moon phase with a new face
The moon phase display is one of the most beautiful complications in the art of watchmaking, and the new Serenade Luna gives it a refreshing new face. The splendid mother-of-pearl moon takes pride of place at 6 o’clock and appears at its best in a round dial cut-out. The backdrop is a sky strewn with delicate stars – an integral part of the dial – and a brilliant ring provides an additional accent.
Movement in a new dimension
The sapphire crystal on the case back offers an unobstructed view of the finely finished Calibre 35-14. The oscillating system, specifically designed for the small format, is fitted with four regulating screws on the balance wheel. It features a silicon balance spring that is resistant to magnetic fields and changes in temperature. The artfully crafted rotor is also easily observed: for the first time at Glashutte Original, it is made of solid gold and decorated with a refined guilloche.
